Letnicka Street 2 lok. 6, 80-536 Gdansk;<br>b. in electronic form to: biuro@milimaligdansk.pl;<br>c. or by phone at +48 792 280 634.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage you to take advantage of our <a href=\"https:\/\/milimaligdansk.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/6.-Formularz-reklamacji-ver.-2.0.-Bawialnia-Milimali-23.09.24.odt\">complaint form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you prepare the letter of complaint yourself, it is recommended that the customer specify in the description of the complaint:<br>a. order number;<br>b. information and circumstances regarding the circumstances of the complaint, in particular, the date of disclosure of non-compliance of the service with the contract (defect);<br>c. the desired method of resolving the complaint;<br>d. or when these forms are impossible or too burdensome to implement in accordance with the content of the Law on Consumer Rights: complaint return or price reduction;<br>e. contact information of the complainant;<br>f. the address where you can possibly pick up the goods - this will make it easier and faster for us to process the complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to learn more about the complaint procedure?
